About Our Client
The client is an NHS trust based in Birmingham, it provides vital community services to Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Provide 2nd line support to all users across applications within your remit
Ensure all calls are dealt with within appropriate guidelines and within the IT service desks' SLA
Provide support to 1st line when required
Deploy applications via SCCM to new devices
Provide break/fix support, as well as build new devices for users who are working from home
