IT Support Engineer required for on-site Birmingham based opportunity
Your new role
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will ensure that daily operations of the site are supported by efficient and robust IT support. Being the face of IT at assigned locations and managing time between multiple sites with a focus on the end users experience of IT Services Delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will provide IT support to a fast paced and diverse user community ensuring tickets and projects under ownership are managed with a positive and structured approach.
You will be involved in Incident Management; (assigning via ITSM), Service Request Fulfilment; (deploying laptops, workstations, mobile devises, software installations), Problem and Change Management; (investigating root cause of major incidents and ensuring changes that impact IT are communicated to the appropriate audience)
