Assessor/Development Coach

The role is home based and then travel when required - mileage paid

We are seeking someone to join our clients passionate and friendly team, where you will be assessing in Fundraiser Apprenticeship and level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 5 Operations & Departmental Manager standards. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of frameworks to standards with strong organisational skills. The client has a grade 2 Ofsted and also offer fantastic promotional opportunities and really do look after staff well.

JOB ROLE

* To observe, mark and assess and review the work of the learners for Fundraiser Apprenticeship, Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 5 Operations and Departmental Manager

* Deliver training remotely and face to face with learners

* To support, motivate and mentor the learners

* Supporting learners to achieve Functional Skills level 2 Maths and English if they do not hold these on entry
