BCOP (Broadening Choices for Older People) was founded as a charity in 1946 to provide a variety of services for older people living in Birmingham. Today it continues to provide a range of accommodation, care and support, including independent and supported social housing, care homes with nursing and Day Centre places in our care homes.

BCOP also offers a highly reputable dementia care provision with innovative therapeutic activities such as animal-assisted therapy and Sensory Street.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Manager to join our team at our nursing home - Neville Williams House in Selly Park.
