Job Role: Caretaker

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Pay Rate: £22,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours a week; Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

As the caretaker, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite property manager, as recognised by others by:

* Demonstrating FirstPort values in all aspects of your work and communication, to develop strong relationships and enhance work quality.

* Ensuring the development and its individual buildings and common spaces are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety so they maximise their presentation.

* Supporting the development manager with individual customer requests in a polite and professional manner at all times to exceed the customer's expectations.

This role reports into the development manager and does not have team of colleagues reporting into them.
