I am currently recruiting for an Commercial Property Manager for a successful and growing property company on the outskirts of Birmingham to oversee the management of a substantial, predominately commercial, property portfolio based throughout England.This is a full time, permanent role with great company benefits including 25 days holiday and free on site parking.

Key duties as a Commercial Property Manager will include:

Assist with asset management opportunities within the portfolio
Carry out on-site inspections
Record void inspections / vacant insurance requirements
Looking after Health and Safety matters e.g. risk assessments (fire, health & safety, Legionnaires, Gas safety certificate, Landlord 5 year electrical test certification, etc.)
Liaise with Contractor / Maintenance management re minor works
Maintain 'List of Works' schedule both Estates and Operational jobs
