Role: Content Controller
Overall Purpose
* The Content Controller is responsible for creating and maintaining the web copy and content for an allocated group of local funeral director microsites. You will need to ensure that your writing is customer focused and adheres to our brand tone of voice, whilst also ensuring that it is constructed for use primarily in the digital domain.
* You will be responsible for liaising and taking information provided by local branches, completing additional research if required and turning it into informative, engaging and search optimised content pieces to support the online presence for the relevant branch.
* You will have responsibility for building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that ensures regular updates to each site are made and analysis is conducted to demonstrate the improvements and value that the updates have made.
