Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A dedicated Corporate team, in the Birmingham area, require an experienced corporate commercial solicitor to join their team to undertake an existing case load.

The Firm
A law firm with offices based in the Birmingham area and employing over 40 staff. The firm work across all areas of law providing legal services to clients from business and individuals.

The Role
The corporate commercial solicitor will join a corporate commercial department working on behalf of clients based in the Birmingham area. . The corporate commercial role will be running and further developing a case load of mixed files incorporating business sales and purchases, strong client contacts essential.

The Candidate
The successful corporate commercial solicitor will be a very experienced solicitor with 6+PQE company commercial experience
Salary dependent upon experience.
