A well established law firm in the Birmingham area require a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with approximately 4+ year's PQE to join their team.

The firm has clients across the Birmingham area, including the black country, incorporating both businesses and individuals. They are proud of their history and have built very strong community links.

The Role
As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will manage a varied range of Corporate & Commercial work in particular private company M&A, investment agreements, joint ventures, restructuring, IP/IT work and a wide range of commercial agreements for clients.
The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will have regular client contact therefore, you will possess excellent client care skills.
