City Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Turnaround Consultant working for a large private group of companies in the Birmingham area on a permanent basis.

Your New Role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Turnaround consultant/manager with experience of working with businesses to navigate through periods of expansion, transformation and/or stress. The role will be directly reporting to the Senior Director and Managing Director, responsibilities including:

* Corporate Finance / M&A - sale mandate, capital raising and due diligence

* Financial Analysis / Financial modelling

* Energy policy development and impact assessment

* Qualitative and Quantitative Research - Macro-economic, Industry, Climate Change

* improve management reporting, review and prepare strategic plans and integrated forecasts
