Customer Advisor

Permanent contract

Location: Initially working from home/Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £18,560 (£18,960 after passing probation)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM

Main purpose of the role:

As an Energy Advisor our customers will be relying on you.

You'll need to take responsibility to get things right first time or figure out how to fix it when it wasn't. We take everything as a learning curve, you'll need to think fast, take responsibility, and use your initiative. It's fast paced, so never a dull moment as you face new things every day! This is not your traditional call centre role; with little to none hierarchy we trust people to take their own initiative and do the right thing.

We're looking for people with great communication and listening skills, which you can demonstrate from any previous Customer Service roles.
