Highbridge Resourcing are recruiting for a Deputy Manager who is looking for a new opportunity in a children's residential home.

Our client is a long established, private organisation who support children and young people with complex social and emotional needs and behaviours in a therapeutic environment. The company has developed a reputation for its transparent practice and brings with it a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the care and management of the young people in its care.

The children's home has 3 beds and is located in Yardley, South Birmingham. The hours are 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, sleep ins might be required but you will not be rotared on to do them.

As a Deputy Manager your main responsibilities are;
