ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR- E-COMMERCE

Our client based in the Jewellery Quarter is currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Admin Co-Ordinator to join their team on a permanent role.

Duties would include

* Ensure clear communication to warehouse teams about task requirements and oversee progress of tasks to completion

* Delivery of 'on the job' guidance and coaching of warehouse teams, escalating any concerns / issues about conduct and performance to supervision / management as appropriate

* Working knowledge of and ability to effectively use warehouse management systems

* Proven ability to oversee and coordinate the tasks of a small to medium sized team

* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
