A fantastic opportunity is available for an Export Administrator to join a global logistics company in North Birmingham for 6 months 

The export Administrator will be arranging export shipments for large pharmaceutical customer to Europe 
-Coordinate and align customer deliveries with customer care teams, partners and suppliers to manage the transportation of customer's cargo
-Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions including to clarify any deviations/conflicts in contradiction to country regulations, export compliance and rate and routing information.
-Immediately report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies to your team leader
-Monitor operational performance of carriers and other vendors and escalate / create awareness if performance and commitments are not being delivered 
-Engage in regular communication with the Customer Care Locations, other OCC departments, and offices overseas and suppliers, building strong relationships
