Approach Personnel are currently seeking an working foreman on a temporary contract basis for a project in the West Midlands area. The Working Foreman will be responsible monitoring progress, oversee delivery of materials, carry out safety checks and to ensure work is completed to a high standard / finish within the given time frame. The role will start as from17th February 2021 and the project will be working on fit out based projects so experience with this type of project is required. The ideal candidate will come from a joinery background.

 Job Details: 

You will be undertaking and setting out duties

Snagging

Supervision of site on a day to day basis reporting to the contracts manager

Management of trades & labour on site

Holding site meetings

Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met

Insuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
