HR Advisor

Based Birmingham - c. £25,000 full time equivalent equating to £14,500 for 20 hours per week over 4 days.

HR Careers and Nationwide Recruitment are seeking an innovative self-motivated and highly capable HR Advisor who can join our busy HR department, working closely with the HR Manager to provide comprehensive and professional support to internal stakeholders.

Adding value to an HR team of just 3 people you will be pivotal in advising and supporting on all aspects of HR.

Ideally you will have a background as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Advisor, ER Advisor, ER Manager or similar.

You will be covering the 360-degree employee life cycle and be able to advise on all HR matters including up to and including tribunal, whistle blowing, conflict management, absenteeism, occupational health, recruitment etc.
