About the role

Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team to work in Birmingham.

Role Purpose:

This role, will be embedded within a Business Group, where they will lead and coordinate the operational HR activity to effectively deploy all elements of the BBV People Strategy.

What you'll be doing

* Proactive management of their Business Group flight plan to deliver resources of the right number and quality onto their Business Groups, working in close collaboration with the BBV resourcing team

* Support and enable annual performance review process (PDR), salary review, organisational people review (OPR), recognition of great performance and support managers to deal decisively with poor performance

* Ensure the Business Group organisation design is fit for purpose and orchestrate re-structuration where appropriate
