About the role

The HR Business Analyst will provide support to People Operations in data management, control, analytics and security. Responsible for producing through bespoke and internal systems, data and formatting to a presentational standard as directed by People Operations Stakeholders.

Working to improve data reporting through innovation and collaborative work with the IT, Innovation and Finance function.

What you'll be doing

* Develop standard suite and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, against defined metrics for BBV People Operations.

* Gather and investigate data, using advanced statistical models and continuously learning about new ways to mine data and distill meaning out of the increasing amount of data available to us.

* Help us understand our internal workforce, our potential external future workforce and know how we can best manage our employees to drive real business results and value.
