HR Services Assistant

The role of HR services assistant within the HR services team is to provide timely and accurate administration and co-ordinated transactional support. Ensuring good practice and the smooth delivery of services across the company are within SLA tolerance and to service excellence standards.

Your clients are colleagues across the UK and specific overseas locations. These colleagues will be highly client facing and we ensure all queries (telephone, email and verbal) are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner, standards are met, and work is delivered against key performance indicators (KPI). The whole administrative function must be responsive to the needs of the business and ensure all HR services and HR ways of working are compliant and meet advised standards as outlined by the Group HR director.
