Handyperson/Fabric Engineer
Birmingham based to cover multiple site
Up to £23,000 per annum plus call out and overtime

Working on a long established commercial contract across the Midlands, our client is looking for an experienced and skilled maintenance handyperson/fabric engineer, to join a small hard working team. This position is covering the Midlands, however the ideal candidate must live in or within reasonable commuting distance. This is an opportunity to join an established, multi skilled facilities maintenance team.

Main duties will include (but not limited to)

Daily ppm checks.
Basic building maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, lamp changes.
Working with other members of the team such as electricians and assisting wherever possible.
Completing paperwork for jobs in a timely and correct manner.
