Birmingham Children's Trust is going from strength to strength. We are the largest provider of family support and social care services for children, young people and families in the country. Our goal is to become a centre of excellence in both social care and family support. We recognise that many of the children and families we work with will have experienced varying degrees of trauma. We want to support our workforce by bringing psychology and social work practice together, supporting our staff in working in a trauma informed context, helping families to overcome their adversity, building sustained resilience and improving life chances. The successful candidate will be the lead clinical psychologist and consultant for the Trust.
