International Payroll and Benefits Manager
The International Payroll and Benefits Lead has management responsibility for the International Payroll and Benefits team in conjunction with accountability for the International payroll processing and international benefits administration. Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department, maintaining control and meeting all customer needs.
They will have a good working knowledge of International payrolls and benefits and can support the team where necessary. The role also involves global mobility tasks and the relocation process for expats.
The role has a heavy project focus and the incumbent will lead and manage various UK and International projects from start to finish, having full responsibility for the project lifecycle and ensuring all stakeholders are fully engaged and communicated with.
