An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional within a Legal Global business, based in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer focused support and advisory service
Liaising with tutors for availability and arranging courses
Inputting courses onto the Learning System
Managing e-learning to ensure tested and signed off by the course owner

Hosting on courses including opening the course and monitoring chats and break out rooms within virtual training

Providing information and advice on these topics as required
Meet with the wider L&D team to update them on their courses
Key qualities:

Ability to manage own time effectively
Ability to work at pace
Able to put the employee/customer experience at the heart of all tasks
Experience of working in a fast-paced team
Experience of working within a high-volume recruitment or administration team
