To support the management and delivery of activities within a major accounts in the West Midlands. This includes electrical and general fabric works at regional sites that includes Corporate Offices and Retail sites.

The role will ensure:

¨ Timely response to all reactive requests

¨ Delivery of all Planned Preventative Maintenance activities

¨ Liaise with third party specialist suppliers

¨ Assist in undertaking & completion of all statutory inspections

¨ Delivery of the services within the client Portfolio in The West Midlands area to include Electrical & Fabric services.

¨ Provision of services between the hours of 08:00am to 17:00pm.
