I'm looking for a qualified Plasterer with skills in other trades as well. This is a permanent position from day one with a company van and fuel card supplied, working on day to day reactive maintenance around Birmingham.

Call out rotas are included and paid at £50 per callout (on average you would be expected to receive 4/5 callouts a week) and typically work on a 1 in 5/6 week rota.

Duties of the Plasterer Multi Trade will include maintenance within tenanted social housing properties, which can include:

Plastering
Plumbing
Carpentry
Tiling
Fascia/Soffit repairs
Groundworks (slabbing/repointing brickwork)
Fencing
(having experience with some of the above trades as well as Plastering is a huge plus)

The successful Plasterer Multi Trade should have:
