A Birmingham based Regulation Authority is looking to employ 1 member of staff to start immediately on an ongoing temporary contract. The role will consist of administrative support with project management capability. Designing and developing the tender will require a large amount of staff engagement, involving many meetings and several projects running in parallel; all which will need to be carefully managed.

The Project Manager Role will require:

*             Booking and managing meetings (workstream team meetings, planning meetings)

o             Liaising with teams to establish requirements

o             Booking rooms and arranging video conference details

o             Sending out invites

o             Note taking / action points, if required
