Working in a small team within a busy office
Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email.
Communicate with outside entities
Understand the customer's needs and queries
To be able to use Commercial customers online portals
Knowledge of in house stock and order management systems.
Preparing paperwork for the warehouse.
Way of working:
Expected to learn new customer delivery portals.
