Location - Castle Vale

Pension - Auto enrolment

Working hours - 8.00am till 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Holidays- 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Vantage Resourcing is recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of their client, one of the UK's leading provider of household items and furniture into Retail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and be part of the growth and expansion of a very well established organisation.

Objectives:

Working in a small team within a busy office
Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email.
Communicate with outside entities
Understand the customer's needs and queries
To be able to use Commercial customers online portals
Knowledge of in house stock and order management systems.
Preparing paperwork for the warehouse.
Way of working:

Expected to learn new customer delivery portals.
