Basic salary £24,000 - £25,000

18 month contract with possibility of permanent role afterwards
The Role - Sales Administrator

You will be responsible for:

Processing sales orders and handling standing orders
Processing customer calls and responding to customer queries
Stock management 
Administration duties associated with a busy field service team
Ensuring engineers respond to customers in a timely fashion
Booking returns to head office for service
Proactively managing customer expectations
Communicating with management as required to ensure optimal service levels are maintained
Your Background - Sales Administrator

Experience of sales order processing
Good working knowledge of Excel
Previous administration experience
Good numeracy skills
