Senior Building Services Manager

A leading Principal Contractor based in The Midlands have secured a series of new projects in the commercial, mixed-use residential, industrial and infrastructure markets. Due to company growth, they are looking to take on a Senior Building Services Manager to oversee new projects in the region, managing teams of M&E Managers on each of the sites.

The Senior Building Services Manager will ideally be from a HVAC engineering background due to the nature of some of the MEP schemes, and will need a proven track-record of being both the #1 M&E Project Manager or Building Services Manager on projects with an MEP value of £15M +. The Senior Building Services Manager will also have a  working history of running multiple projects at various stages of completion.
