I am looking to engage in Senior Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a leading construction main contractor based in the West Midlands in relation to new projects kicking on in the next month or so. This is an amazing opportunity to work with some great people and large projects.

Senior QS
Experience in Highrise RC frame builds
Ideally looking for someone that has managed sites over £40M
Duties

Typically, the duties for this position would include:

Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor on a regular basis
Managing the procurement process
Valuations and Variations
CVR's
Cost Control
Cash Flow
