Flagship Consulting has been instructed by a leading consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for their office based in Central Birmingham.

The consultancy concerned is continuing to grow and as such are seeking a Senior QS to work on new projects and take the lead on various projects with long established clients. They are a multi-discipline consultancy offering clients in house QS, PM, and Legal services across a broad range of sectors including High End Residential, Education, Commercial, Retail, Health and Leisure on projects ranging from £1 million to £100 million.

You will be responsible for working on projects across a range of sectors running jobs from £500,000 to £20 million in value from inception to completion.

You should come from a Consultancy background and must have experience in a similar role. You should also be able to demonstrate the experience of running projects in excess of £5 million in value across a range of sectors. The su...
