Birmingham Children's Trust continues to go from strength to strength. We are the largest provider of family support and social care services for children, young people and families in the country. Our goal is to become a centre of excellence in both social work and family support. Our caseloads are some of the lowest in the country and we have low numbers of agency workers, many choosing to convert to permanent members of staff.


During this unprecedented time, we have ensured that our staff have the right tools and support to work remotely and have access to offices when necessary. Practitioners will receive individual and group supervision and are provided with the opportunity to remain connected with their team and the wider service.
