One of the biggest main contractors in the country have successfully tendered for some key projects to go ahead and are looking for two experienced Site Managers to oversee those particular contracts. The projects are in relation to planned external maintenance works, for high rise and commercial building sites.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites in and around Birmingham city centre. You will be specifically responsible for controlling all scaffolding, external works, EWI, Panel replacement and FRA works.

The Successful Site Manager will be responsible for the following
·Manage onsite Trades and Sub-contractors to ensure external installation standards are maintained.
·Ensure that health and safety is maintained at all times.
·Ensure that all external works is completed safely on scaffolding and mast climbers
·Making sure that work deadlines are adhered to
