SEN Teaching Assistant Are you a qualified and experienced teaching assistant looking for a new exciting role? I am currently recruiting for a large primary school in South Birmingham. The school is mainstream but you will be working with SEN children. The school is looking for a very experienced teaching assistant to join their team. You must have experience working with children with special needs. A Level 3 Teaching assistant qualification is highly desirable but is not essential if you have the relevant experience. I am looking for a teaching assistant who uses their own initiative, is confident and not fazed by challenging behaviour and who is ready to get stuck in.
