We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to support and manage a caseload of litigated and non-litigated Subrogation Recovery claims in relation to Subsidence Property Damage, utilising relevant legal practices to reach best solution on behalf of the client.

As a Subsidence Paralegal, you will be required to complete the following tasks;

Managing a caseload of Subrogated Recovery files on subsidence property damage
Manage a caseload of small claims as well as fast and multi-track files
Drafting court proceedings and documents
