With an attractive salary of £25 p/h working 12 hours shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis, you will be responsible for the warehouse operations and leading a team of Shift Managers, Team Leaders & Warehouse Assembly Operatives.

Reporting to the GM your duties will include -

- Daily briefing with senior management team

- Managing a team of Shift Managers, Team Leaders and Warehouse Assembly Operatives

- Setting KPI's and making sure productivity targets and quality standards are met

- Responsible for inbound and outbound operations

- Control of the operating budget
