With an attractive salary of £16.50 p/h working 12 hours shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis, you will be responsible leading a team of Team Leaders & Warehouse Assembly Operatives.

Reporting to the Operations Controller your duties will include -

- Motivating and responsible for the Team Leaders and Warehouse Assembly Operatives

- Monitoring KPI's and making sure productivity targets and products are meeting high standard of quality compliance

- Achieving the production plan with effective management and shift planning

- Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
